Country Joe McDonald
in conversation with Grammy-nominated historian / archivist Alec Palao. They will discuss the city’s folk and rock scenes in the 1960s, paying special attention to the evolution of the pioneering psychedelic rock outfit COUNTRY JOE & THE FISH.  

The event will be filmed for the Oral History aspect of the forthcoming Soundtrack To The 1960s exhibit.

Admission free (limited seating and space) 
Note: The previously announced speaker, Chris Strachwitz, is unable to appear on this date due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict.
